Pebble Mine is a proposed copper and gold mine in Bristol Bay, Alaska. The proposing mining company is Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. which is headquartered in Canada.

Word. Great Page!!! I especailly like the bit about creating enormous dams full of cyanide in one of the most geologically active areas in the world. Brilliant. I'm sure a few people will make loads of money off of this, but probably less than the taxpayers will pay cleaning up the waste from it, or the fishing/tourist industry and natives will pay from loss of income/food. Our great grandchildren will hate us for this for sure.
